A Houston man has a filed a lawsuit against a fertility clinic, claiming his ex-girlfriend stole his sperm and then used it to impregnate herself with twins through in vitro fertilization, according to a KPRC Local 2 story.

Joe Pressil, 36, said his ex-girlfriend took his sperm from used condoms and then used artificial insemination to get herself pregnant with twin boys, the television station reported.

The ex-girlfriend, who was not identified, sued Presil for child support after giving birth. The television station said she was granted child support after tests confirmed he was the father.

From KPRC:

“Actually, I couldn’t believe it could be done.  I was very, very devastated,” Pressil said. “I couldn’t believe that this fertility clinic could actually do this without my consent, or without my even being there.”
