Samantha De Hoyos is an attorney at The Gibson Law Firm, where she focuses her practice on personal injury and workplace injury cases. After earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center in 2020, Samantha has spent her career advocating for those who have been injured in the workplace and elsewhere. She is driven by a belief that every person deserves justice, particularly those who have been wronged and need someone to fight on their behalf. Her skillset includes handling complex personal injury cases, including those involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, ensuring that her clients receive both compassionate guidance and aggressive legal representation.

She is a Board Member of the Houston Young Lawyers Association and serves as a Fellow with the Houston Young Lawyers Foundation.
